We can immerse ourselves in nature and let the sunshine (or rain) glaze over us. Hike up to a castle ruin, swim in the ocean or simply relax in the comfort of my home studio. This is YOUR session but I will always gently prompt and help pose for your individual body. Between the posed shots, I capture candid, spontaneous moments. Rain isn’t a disruption—it’s an opportunity to create something truly magical. If the forecast brings unexpected showers, we have a few options:
Embrace the Rain – A moody, cinematic touch can add depth, romance, and an organic feel to the session. Think wind-blown hair, soft raindrops on skin, and movement that feels wild and free. If you’re open to it, rain can bring a breathtaking, unexpected beauty to your portraits.
Find Cover – Whether it’s a cozy corner under tree canopies, a rustic structure, or a beautifully lit indoor space, we can work with nature while staying dry.
Move to the Studio – If you’d prefer to avoid the rain entirely, we’ll shift the session indoors where warmth and light create an intimate, goddess-like atmosphere.
Reschedule – If you’d rather wait for better weather, we can find a new date at no extra charge. I want you to feel comfortable, and if the conditions aren’t right, there’s always room to adjust.
